BLUE Seizure Tracker Diary

Not too long ago, I came across a five-year diary that I kept in the 1980s … wow… a LONG time ago! It got me thinking about needing a better way to track Weslee’s seizures. Maybe have a way to analyze them over a long period of time. So … this is the first release. I plan to have a total of six different covers with the same inside. This first is blue.

FIVE-YEAR SEIZURE DIARY

Seizures and epilepsy can be time- and life-consuming. The epileptic or caregiver need to track so many bits of information, like:
-medications and their side effects-
-triggers-
-doctor appointments
-when to schedule an MRI, etc
-EEGs, surgeries, other procedures

seizures, clusters….

…and much more.

This book (diary, journal, tracker) is a terrific way to keep track of all seizure-related events, and have it in one handy place for you and your health care team.

NOTE: Book is 5”x8”. With several cover options, the cover is in color, not-textured, on glossy paper. Pages inside are on white paper, and are lined for you to enter your data.
