The Layperson's Guide to Epilepsy Series

I am a member of several epilepsy groups in Facebook. It really helps to connect with others in (basically) the same boat. I have learned so much, and cried when a life is extinguished because of a seizure. BLUE Seizure Tracker Diary

Not too long ago, I came across a five-year diary that I kept in the 1980s … wow… a LONG time ago! It got me thinking about needing a better way to track Weslee’s seizures. Maybe have a way to analyze them over a long period of time. So … this is the first release. I plan to have a total of six different covers with the same inside. This first is blue.
